The breakfast was perfect, fantastic with a wide variety including teas and meat. the rooms were a decent size, brand-new, and equipped with a lounge area, good blackout curtains, and a kettle. the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great and amazing location of the hotel for what I needed, loved it. It was located in a shopping area close to central Reykjavik's restaurants, and lake and park, a comfortable place for me.

The room is nicely decorated and has all the things you need. the bathroom is big and the view of the garden from the window is amazing! 🌿

The location was central, a short walk to the airport and the city center. There were a tower and a palace within walking distance. It was convenient that Noodle, offering food to go, was only a 10-15 minute walk away.

The room at Guesthouse Galtafell was elegant and perfect, just like advertised. It had a sofa bed, direct access from the front yard, and a dining table. the location was marvelous, very close to the town center in a very quiet area.

The room was cleaned everyday with chocolates on the pillows and available with beautiful artwork from the hosts' daughter. A lounge area, good blackout curtains, and a kettle available were an advantage. The location to the big church on the hill was marvellous and stunning for us.

We loved the cozy breakfast room with a great selection of food and hot beverages. The location was convenient, near the city center and the BSI station. The separate building for our room was modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The owners and staff were welcoming and made our stay enjoyable. We also appreciated the ability to store our luggage after check-out.

Thorey and her staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, arranging airport transfers, providing converter outlets, and offering valuable tips on exploring the city. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The location was ideal, within walking distance of major attractions but away from the touristy hustle and bustle. The personalized check-in process and the adorable pets added to the unique experience. I highly recommend this guesthouse for its excellent service, great location, and comfortable accommodations.
